IN THE EVENT THE FARMINGTON HIGH SCHOOL IS NO LONGER A VIABLE FINANCIAL ENTITY OR DETERMINED NOT TO BE AN EDUCATIONAL ENTITY UNDER THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 501(C)3 AND 170, THE CORPUS SHALL BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE FARMINGTON TO ESTABLISH SCHOLARSHIPS TO WORTHY STUDENTS BY UTILIZING THE CRITERIA ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE III OF THE AGREEMENT.
